Mudras consist of positioning and moving the hands so as to draw mysterious, precious symbols in the air: a special language to activate an equally special communication.
The gestures are accompanied by the emission of sounds.
Sound is a supreme gift, leading back to the music of the universe.

In synergy with the poems published in the book UNIVERSI.

Some of Teri’s poems act as a counterpoint to her paintings or performances. Heightening feeling and vision nonetheless leaves the different modes of expression independent of one another: the poems are not meant to describe the other works, nor are the latter meant to illustrate the former. What matters is the balance, the happy union that is created, the synergy that arises, in that attempt to achieve the harmony and beauty at the heart of all Teri’s research.

The gestures in the Mudras constantly change
according to the rules of a sacred geometry;
alternating their position,
they are quantum particles floating in the air
that the hands move.
From the harmonious, powerful movement
an invisible flow bursts out,
overflowing,
in dynamic, perfect resonance
with the highest hyperuranian energies.
What is made manifest through the hands,
with Gesture and Sound, is pure Love.
Love at work leads back – being its source –
to supreme Harmony.

Through Sound one can connect with the Spirits of the Air and ask for their support.

Music understood in this way is sacred, closely linked to spiritual search and practice.

Tibetan mantras and Balinese dances also take on this value, since they aim to reach the “state of grace”, spiritual union: with one’s guide, with a master, with the deities…

The Performance ONENESS belongs to this research.

In line with the previous Symbolic Actions – in particular “The Invisible Real – The Web” – the Artist declares, both directly and subliminally, that each of us belongs to the whole: the connection of microcosm and macrocosm, the union of the living with other beings, human and non-human, with the earth, with the entire universe…

The declaration is expressed through Mudras: a dance of the fingers that moves the energy that sustains us…

Love at work: healing with mudras.

In Mudras the hands change constantly and according to precise rules: alternating their position, they move the particles floating in the air.

The Movement creates an invisible but powerful flow of energy that resonates with the highest cosmic energies.

What the hands express, with gesture and touch, is Love – Love at work, which leads back – being its source – to supreme harmony.

Mudras have the power to penetrate the heart, transmitting knowledge of universal love.

It is a very special knowledge, because it is based on understanding through deep communication rather than on cultural, mental learning…

One understands the meaning of Unity. One reaches the Universal.

The Joy of total union is a powerful medicine: the moment the ego gives way to the omniscient Self, illness disappears.

One knows one is in the hands of a Universal Essence, a great healer, perfect and impartial.

Creative power

Mudras have a great creative power, direct and identical to what is manifested: their power comes from the fact that they spring directly from an everlasting universal source…

So are human beings: but they are often unaware of it; they have forgotten, they cannot see, they have lost the possibility of glimpsing the supreme manifestation of themselves.

The voice

The sound that accompanies the gestures is a supreme gift, leading back to the music of the universe.

The multitude is perceived as one, and the one becomes the multitude…

Gesture and voice are the key to establishing the connection: one hears in unison the voice of the universe.

It is ecstasy, a heart beating in an eternity without time, without beginning or end.

On a higher plane of awareness one hears the celestial notes of the angelic choirs…

All that remains is to express infinite gratitude for this gift.
